Pros
This is an entrepreneurial environment with a management team that is used to starting companies and growing them. It is great to see strong competent leadership. I enjoy being part of a face paced team where people work really well together. Lots of collaboration. There are many opportunities to learn and grow in your career. People have a good time in spite of working long hours.
Cons
The hours are long. There are high expectations of employees. Work-life balance is difficult but that is the trade off for working at a start up.
