Pros

1) The Academy is great. If someone is new and wishes to learn the nuances of Testing then this is a right place to start off. 2) Project/Client diversity is really good.

Cons

1) Absolutely garbage payout. They have FANG+ companies as Clients and yet pay $5/Hour and sometimes even less to the Testers. This is outright exploitation. 2) TTLs, PMs do not respond on Time. 3) Project Instructions are always unclear.

Pros

Company has good courses to newcomers.

Cons

Entire company surviving on 1 or 2 Testing Engineers in each region. If they leave, entire Company collapses. Payout is extremely low for Asia Pacific Testers. For US, Europe Testers it's 10-15 times more. Test Managers do not respond on time and ask for more work without payment. No one Reports Bugs even if they find it because Payout is 1 Dollar, sometimes even less. You are treated well only if you are from Western Countries.

Pros

Apart from the Academy there is no other benefit of this website.

Cons

Extreme exploitation of Testers on the platform. Payout is $2 for one hour of work. Sometimes they will pay you $1 for functional bugs with high severity while charging THOUSANDS of dollars to companies like Facebook, Google and Amazon. TTLs and TEs have so much attitude and they treat Testers like beggars on street. Sometimes they will ask for more work without any compensation. Payout will never be improved because they know new Testers will come anyway if current batch leaves. One of the most unprofessional organizations ever.
