Pros
1. One of the most famous software companies in Bangladesh that provides services based on WordPress plugins. 2. Decent working environment. 3. Doesn't follow a strict organizational culture. Everyone treats each other as brothers/sisters. 4. The office environment is pretty favorable for the female workers as there are separate restrooms and a lunchroom dedicated to them. 1. Sometimes, the internet connection goes down for long hours which greatly hampers the pace of work. 2. Availability of well-configured devices appears to be inadequate. 3. Ventilation system is not so good as when there's no electricity for a long period of time, it creates suffocation, especially in the summers.
