      Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We continue to work on improving communication, and generating opportunities for interaction in the post-COVID workplace. Since this review was posted, we've implemented regular weekly Zoom meetings to catch up, an annual kickoff, periodic team building time, and we will continue to work on turning our cons, into pros.       Best Team I've Ever Worked With

      webFEAT Complete is hands down the best team I've ever worked with. Everyone is so supportive, helpful, and encouraging. I was able to learn and grow a lot working with them. The team works with a diverse portfolio of clients and places a heavy emphasis on the professional development, learning, and overall happiness of both their clients and employees. I greatly enjoyed my time working with webFEAT and look forward to watching them continue to grow.

      Cons

      The team is small and the workload can be pretty heavy, but it allows you to have your hands in a lot of projects. As they grow and diversify their employee capabilities that will improve.
