Pros

I've really enjoyed my experience working at wikiHow. The company has an incredibly welcoming and supportive culture. The team is small but scrappy, which makes for a collaborative and dynamic work environment. Everyone at wikiHow is passionate about the educational mission, and it’s rewarding to contribute to content that genuinely helps people. One of the best things about working at wikiHow is the opportunity for growth—you get to wear many hats, learn a variety of skills, and gain insight into what it takes to run a business. The leadership team is approachable and invested in your development, always encouraging you to take on new challenges and expand your skill set.

Cons

The company moves very fast, so you need to be flexible and comfortable with shifting priorities. If you thrive in a structured environment where things don’t change often, this might not be the best fit. But if you enjoy variety and problem-solving, it’s an exciting place to be!
