Adas Algorithm Developer salaries in India

Hello out there, what is a realistic salary expectation for a Computer Hardware Engineer (basically systems engineer) working at General Atomics in Poway San Diego? They are advertising 110-189k. I currently make about 127k where I currently work as Systems Engineer in San Diego. Any insight on this would be appreciated.

Experience is one thing along with knowledge is key, but over the past 5 years plus it seems companies want a one man show. (Especially small to medium ones). I know my limitations and skill set but that doesn’t mean I want to cram my head being a network engineer, server infrastructure engineer, email engineer, cloud engineer, etc. I understand how they all intertwine, but that’s too much for me as companies want it all and their pay scale isn’t anywhere it needs to be.

How do you feel about companies requiring an Associate or Bachelor degree for a Systems Admin role? What if a candidate has a Comp TIA Security + cert?

Anyone one who currently or formerly works for micro1? Would you be willing to provide some insights about the company and hiring process for Infrastructure Engineer roles or similar?
