Facility Administrator salaries in Derby, England

Nothing against the Health and Safety profession, but what really bothers me is when H&S is lumped together with a Facilities Manager (FM) role. They are two seperate entities, yet an H&S Advisor seems to trump someone with years of FM experience, qualifications and overall education. So, an organisation will employ a "H&S and Facilities Manager' while focusing on the former category, but not vice versa.

I have an invitation that I have a written exam for DOLE officer. What are the coverage for that exam? Or do you have books recommendation for me to study?

Can anyone give some insight to salaries at WPP London for their senior service designers or similar? I'm having my intro interview next week and I put 76k on my application. Would asking for around 80 depending on benefits be too much?
