Programmer salaries in Hanoi, Vietnam

Anyone just leave Big 4 and realize, “Wow that place was really dysfunctional and messed up…” I switched to another boutique consulting firm with real technical consultants, and the management and culture is loads better. I know it’s super obvious, but when you’re in it, you don’t realize how terrible some parts of the job are.

How technical do you need to be as a technical consultant at a tech firm? They explained that the role is more focused on logic, configuration, and business rules rather than deep coding, and that having a zero coding background is acceptable.

Interested in move from consulting to industry (clinical/commercial and tech). What is a good role outside of management to crossover with? I thought roles in Product or internal technical consultant made the most sense.

Hello I'm looking for some advice, I'm an electronic technician that went back to school to do computer science and now I'm on track to finish next month, I've been looking for new opportunities and I can't even get a call back, I fear that technician jobs see I'm graduating soon and don't want to hire someone that'll probably leave soon and programmer jobs see I have no work related programming xperience. What's the best way to break in and find my first opportunity?
