I had a 1 on 1 meeting w/my manager yesterday &she told me how Im doing well with all of my average calls, survey scores, & referrals. When i asked her if there was a potential to work a remote work schedule, she said "lets see how this month goes." Well today, One of the other managers told me they're letting all of the new ppl telework tomorrow since they have never teleworked from home before.
