What percentage of CTC is the basic in EY? Do they follow the new labour code?

Looking at an opportunity with a role that is 75% commercial litigation/25% international arbitration at my dream firm. I have domestic arbitration experience (AAA, JAMS, etc.). Can someone explain whether these are portable such that it makes sense to focus on them during the interview? If not, what are the differences and what kind of work would be exciting even if I lack the direct international arbitration experience?

How does Visa and Mastercard Consulting compare in terms of work and pay. I am an SM at big 4 with~350 TC and have worked in Banking and Payments. I am seeing online these companies pay 450-500K TC with great WLB (unlike where i am now). Anyone have experience working at these companies?

I need recruiters perspective or any one know about software related roles. I am currently holding software development team lead position at small government org maintaining small app, and I got offer from a known tech company that their app used by many futurne 500 as Senior Software Engineer. Should I make the move for better long term benefit for me. As I am afraid my current job will kill my edge as engineer who used to work on complex enterprise software.
