Operations Administrator salaries in Los Angeles, CA

Considering a move to a small PE firm as a combined operator / investment analyst (2 YOE). Comp is slightly lower than some consulting offers, but wlb seems significantly better. Is that a good move?

Hey y’all! Currently I’m a Relationship Banker and previously served as Branch Operations Lead (I was over branch controls and adherence to policy/compliance) and I am looking to transition out of sales and customer facing career paths. Does anybody have any suggestions of roles or career paths I could pivot to?

So I currently have 5+ years in Customer Service (Office Asst, Admin Asst, Retail, CSR) and also have experience in an Admin Assistant role. I’ve done pretty much all the above for basic office operations and then some, but I’m still struggling to land a role as an Admin Assistant. For fellow Admin Assistants or Office Operation Coordinators how did you land your role? I think I’m pretty confident when it comes to interviewing. I’ve had over 8 interviews and haven’t landed one job yet.
