Hi, I want to transition from tech support to data analysis/business analyst. I love helping people, Im ISTP-A. My passion storytelling. I want to blend tech+ storytelling and seems like data analysis is good option.I do need to do some basic cert like advance excel analysis and power BI to get my foot in door, but I want to know from 15+ years experience in tech support analyzing alot of basic stuff would help me without it? I am looking for a big bump on salary 70K+
