Member Experience Representative salaries in India

Hi, I'm currently work as a barista. I'm bilingual in Vietnamese and English, and I've been searching for a chance to move further into banker role. I had a couple in-person interviews (final step) for some regional banks, but mostly could not land a job. I'm seeking for any tips or advice on which tasks I should focus on for any future teller job openings. For me its really hard to get into banking right now without experience, even though they say it's entry-level. Thanks for your comments

A recruiter from an agency contacted me for a Customer Relationship Associate role at Vanguard through Indeed. It is a contract position.
