As Team ApplicateAI is growing at a super fast pace, we are focused on ensuring best-in-class learning for the new joiners. The HR team stepped-up and organised a great Onboarding program, for about 20 new joiners across roles and functions. Our CEO spent almost 2 full days with them, across multiple interactive sessions, to help them understand more about #success, #career, #passion, #purpose #learning We are extremely excited to see their enthusiasm and hunger to learn and do great, to fulfil their dreams. So, it was onboarding week with - Interactive learning sessions - Function specific Training Sessions - Assignments to check and reinforce the learning - Feedback sessions on each Assignment - Celebrating the BEST Participations for each session and assignment. - Superbly well organised joining KIT with pre configured MacBook, email IDs and chocolates etc - And a well organised hospitality at Holiday Inn. Our decision to announce an extraordinary salary hike w.e.f 1st Oct 2020, was the boldest and the most gratifying decision for me in the last 6 years as an entrepreneur !! The choice was between saving cost to survive in an uncertain future, or to bet on our team to create future defining opportunities. We chose the later !!
