Artech CEO and Co-Founder, Ranjini Poddar, and Executive Vice President, Ajay Poddar, held virtual town halls to review the accomplishments from 2021 and share plans for 2022 with employees. The US, Canada and CORE Town Hall took place on January 26th. The town hall for Artech India (Day) was held on January 27th where Ranjini and Ajay were joined by our Country Director (India) and Senior Vice President, Shiv Nath Ghosh, on the panel. The panelists shared important business achievements from 2021 while emphasizing that we continue to excel as an organization despite the challenges in our external environment. They thanked all departments, teams, and employees for making this happen and urged everyone to keep the momentum going. They further shared updates about new initiatives that the company has undertaken recently, or plans to undertake in near future, both from the employees’ as well as the business’ perspective. The town halls were concluded with Q&A sessions where questions posed by employees were answered by the panelists. Overall, the sessions were very insightful.

Artech successfully inaugurated a fully equipped training center in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh on December 1st 2021 in partnership with Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Vikas Yojana (DDU-GKVY), Ministry of Rural Development, India. The training facility established specially for girls, will train them in different skills. We are proud to be a partner of Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission (UPSDM) in this important endeavor.
Artech’s Center of Excellence (CoE), a one stop resource center, that focuses on raising training standards, addressing emerging skill gaps and aligning training of candidates with industry needs, making them job ready was inaugurated at Axis College, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh on November 30th, 2021. Through this CoE, Artech aims to train at least 100 candidates in IT recruitment and have them job ready within a year.
