Our Econz Skill Advancement Program is an initiative towards taking learning to become an integral part of every employee’s job [to us it’s not a job but a problem that we solve]. The pandemic has been casting its shadow across India and other countries. It's important that we stay safe and keep our employee's safe too. This is a time where it's critical to focus on the different ways through which we cope with the new normal of working from home, adjusting to the hustle and bustle of our pressure cookers, mom's calling in for breakfasts or kids crying in the background! We at Econz took this opportunity to organize a 60 mins session on Meditation and pranayama along with the art of living group. It turned out to be an energizing evening when our facilitators had made us do simple, do-it-at-home pranayama and meditation techniques that will help us sail through these challenging times and keep us in sanity! These techniques are not antidotes rather a moment to connect with ourselves, keep calm and then reach out to the other.
