Speak Up 2024: Amplifying Women’s Voices In Our Transformative Tech Era
#EnsonoIndia was a proud branding partner of #Sinhgad Spring Festival 2024, one of India's largest youth festivals. With a diverse array of attendees including National and International students, as well as esteemed personalities from music, fashion, glamour, sports, technology, and management sectors – the event was truly remarkable. At Ensono, we believe in empowering the next generation of leaders and innovators by supporting events like the Sinhgad Spring Festival 2024.
Ensono, a leading end-to-end managed services provider, today announced it has earned three Challenge Coin awards from IBM, recognizing innovation on the modern connected Z platform. The Challenge Coin is issued by IBM’s Rebel Alliance and only one other organization has ever been recognized for this achievement outside of IBM. Ensono is the only Managed Service Provider to ever receive this award, showcasing its commitment to modernization on behalf of its clients and the mainframe community that relies on the platform for their mission-critical business needs.
Ensono was again included in Inc. Magazine’s list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. Ensono ranked No. 2,980. This is Ensono’s second consecutive year on the list.
In 2015, Acxiom spun off its IT division and rebranded with a new name: Ensono. Since then, our company has grown significantly and established a strong reputation for excellence. 2021 showcased that when we were acquired by KKR, a leading global investment firm; a significant milestone that opens up an exciting new chapter to invest in the continued growth of the company. But such moments in the life of a company do not arrive by chance. They are the product of years of planning, preparing the company with everything it needs for success. At Ensono we have built an organization with outstanding teams, associates and leadership, all delivering exceptional service to clients. Even with the unforeseen wrinkle of COVID-19, we navigated our way through the fog as well as any company could have hoped, and we are stronger than ever.
About a year ago we gathered a small group of working mothers at Ensono to talk frankly about how the pandemic was affecting their families, their work and their lives. Little did we know that a year later, we’d be still be working from home, juggling the demands of our kids’ education, working harder than ever, and trying to remember what “normal” ever looked like. Decades of research tell us that women do significantly more housework and childcare than men—so much so that women who are employed full-time are often said to be working a “double shift.” And according to McKinsey, almost 60% of senior level women report feelings of exhaustion consistently in the last year. We thought this would be a good time to regroup and see how these working moms are making it work a year later, and what they’ve learned. We’ve even added some new voices to the conversation. Here’s what they had to say.
When I think back to when we first launched the Ensono brand in January of 2016, I'm amazed at what we've accomplished in four years. We had ambitious goals from the start, but we've expanded on those goals along the way, in more ways than one.

With up to five generations working together at any one time, the opportunity to learn and flourish is huge. It just needs a little thought, discipline and understanding to make it work.
