We’ve taken a fresh look at our pay scale to make sure it truly reflects the energy, talent, and dedication you bring to every session. 💙 Here's what’s changing: • Transparent pay bands so you always know where you stand and how you can grow. • Competitive starting rates that reflect your value from day one. • Progression you can count on. Because at Explore, commitment counts. 🌟 We Value Loyalty That’s why we’ve introduced a simple, meaningful reward for consistency: 📈 For every 250 hours you tutor with us, you'll receive a 50p per hour pay increase. It’s our way of saying thank you for being part of our journey — and for making an impact to our members, week in and week out. 📊 Updated Tutor Pay Bands: Age Starting Rate Under 18 £8/hr - £9/hr 18-20 £10 - £11/hr 21+ £12 - £13/hr Earn More as you progress! At Explore Learning, we value commitment. That’s why, as a tutor with us, you'll receive a 50p per hour pay increase for every 250 hours you *an additional 50p per hour will be added if working at a centre inside the M25. You will be paid for all training and inductions.
