The idea was to lay a stronger foundation and in no time, they were able to register their presence in the iconic IT park of Indore. 20th May, 2019 was the day in the history of Ignatiuz on which they acquired 10,000 Sq. ft office with state-of-the-art facilities. The bigger office has a larger work space, telephone booths, a cafe, wellness room and game area to boost the well-being of the employees. The current office has 200 workstations, 3 hi-tech conference rooms & ultra-modern space facilitating smooth remote communication with clients. Mgmt shared that merging 3 smaller locations into 1 grand location was a big challenge but also a strategic decision. While doing so everyone from top to bottom went through lot of disturbance & even some obvious disassociation with place, vendors and employees.
