I joined the company in 2017, & that impression stands to date with the view that innovation, openness, & a healthy work-life balance are also part of the rich cultural mix. In my current role as a Senior Operations Specialist in Quality Assurance, I conduct quality checks, starting with information from the Dealers to testing in the design, build, and go-live phases. I work on multiple workstreams at any given time. I feel empowered because I push myself not because I am asked to but because I want to. I am excited about the focus & learning in the field of User Experience to improve our products as our company invests in this area. I took many courses using our learning resources & subscriptions. As a member of our Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) committee, I support an important purpose beyond my role.
#MyVenturerStory - Gagandeep C, Product Engineering #MyPassion - Working on Next-level Technologies! “Our team has an incredible bond—we work smart and play hard together.” I was among the pioneer batch at LeadVenture India in 2016. The organization’s culture was (& continues to be) akin to a start-up where employees are offered freedom & flexibility to challenge themselves. At the same time, the company had mature product offerings & was strong financially. I work on our Digital Storefront platform enabling thousands of dealers globally to sell more of their products & reach a larger audience. At LeadVenture, anyone who wishes to work on innovative technologies is given a chance to do so, which is a wonderful thing. In my earlier organization, where I spent 8 years, I worked on various technologies, but here we use the next-level technologies creatively in our products. When I started in the Test Automation team, I expressed to my leadership my interest in being a developer in a few years. True to their word, after completing 2 years, I got to be a Software Engineer.

I was offered the opportunity to be part of the initial team to set up a Development Centre, an experience I have deeply valued. It was like being part of a start-up, though it was an established & financially strong company in the USA with customers globally. Today we can confidently say we have built a strong development center & are critical to the engineering effort. During the pandemic, my company did not allow anyone to feel isolated & provided all the support needed. LeadVenture’s employee focus & positive workplace culture were proven by the fact that there were no layoffs, we continued to receive our performance bonuses & merit raises, & moved to permanent work from home!

Work-life balance, in my view, depends on how successfully we can fuel the feeling of responsibility—towards our work & family.” I have been part of LeadVenture since 2016, & knowing I will learn something new daily fuels my enthusiasm. I joined as a QA Analyst & progressed quickly to a Software Development Engineer in Test role, working on the Test Automation of our critical products. My manager & team mentored me, making my transition to test automation seamless, even though I was on maternity leave for over 6 months. I love that everyone is so friendly & helpful. Thankfully, the culture at LeadVenture allows us the flexibility to excel in all areas & make our own decisions. We are constantly encouraged to do new things & expand our skill sets. #MyVenturerStory - Jatin B , Product Engineering “LeadVenture is a dream company for someone who wants to be at the cutting edge with new technologies.” I joined LeadVenture in 2018 as a Lead Software Engineer & believe it was one of my best career decisions. Since I joined, I have been promoted to Principal Software Engineer & am part of the Systems Architecture team. We work on product design & architecture in collaboration with our engineering teams in India & the US. The last two years were highly significant for me despite the pandemic. Our first child was born, & LeadVenture’s full-time work-from-home benefit proved to be a blessing. I fulfilled another dream of enrolling in a Master’s program— & by mid-2022, I successfully secured an MTech degree in Data Science & Engineering from BITS, Pilani. That wouldn’t have been possible without the flexibility I had at LeadVenture. I saw it through with the support of my colleagues & managers. I have had many opportunities to gain experience & grow at LeadVenture.
As part of our #FitTogether initiative, Team LeadVenture (a.k.a 'Venturers') participated in the inter-company running event 'Corpo Jumble 2022' conducted in Gurgaon, India, on 21 Aug 2022. All members who participated completed the run successfully.
#LeadVentureCares - As part of our community volunteering program, Team LeadVenture kicked off its August 2022 computer classes for underprivileged children. The weekend classes are hosted in the Gurgaon, India office. LeadVenture employees volunteer to teach children one-on-one and give them a foundation to help their computer literacy.

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is a must-have skill that can help save someone's life. At LeadVenture, we believe that our team member's learning should be beyond professional skills and include life-saving skills. We conducted an in-person and virtual live session on CPR and other emergency life-saving procedures skills in June 2022 that will help our employees and enable them to help others in an emergency.
