Throughout the month of June, MSCI’s Pride & Allies ERG celebrated Pride Month with a variety of global and local events. This year the celebrations drew on the New York City Pride theme „Unapologetically Us”, reflecting on the groups mission to foster an inclusive environment at the workplace. Many Pride chapters organized their own local events, such as a photo booth in Mumbai, the unveiling of the Pride & Allies themed room in New York, or a discussion with one of the organizers of the local Pride March in Budapest. Global events were hosted as well, including a global town hall featuring MSCI President Baer Petit, CHRO Scott Crum and Fabrice Houdart from Out Leadership. Plus, there was one initiative that brought together colleagues from across the globe: 70 MSCI employees submitted videos of themselves sharing how they are unapologetically themselves!
