In October, MSCI held it's 7th annual Global ERG Leaders Summit - a time to recognize and celebrate the hard work of our Employee Resource Groups and their amazing leaders. It was a great chance for ERG members from all over the world to connect, share their stories, and spotlight this year’s successes. The leaders also had the opportunity of hearing from industry experts who led interactive workshops, focusing on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion trends across different regions. As the MSCI community celebrates Pride Month this year, we’re prouder than ever of our commitment to creating a culture and environment where everyone feels supported and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work every day. This year’s theme of “Reflect. Empower. Unite.” highlights the importance of remembering the progress achieved, such as the several new chapters of our Pride & Allies ERG that were established in the last year in our offices across the globe. Throughout the month of June, Pride & Allies organizes a variety of activities for our people to participate in, providing a great opportunity to connect with fellow colleagues and allies to both celebrate and continue to build awareness.
Mental Health Awareness Month provides an opportunity for all of us to pause and assess our mental wellbeing. We understand that mental health is just as vital as physical health, and we are committed to providing the necessary support for our employees to excel. In addition to our already existing resources, we are conducting a range of webinars throughout the month of May, that underscore the importance of mutual support in the workplace, draw attention to the link between physical activity and mental health, and provide strategies for managing burnout and fostering resilience.
