MCM, in India, recently concluded a two-day learning session with its leaders. The sessions, known internally as Synergy, encompass fireside chats with senior leaders, team building activities, annual performance discussions, success stories powered by cross-functional collaboration, and a deep dive into the company’s cultural fabric. Over the years, Synergy sessions have become synonymous with people development and empowerment.
Our commitment to diversity and inclusion starts with our people, and we set the tone for this inclusive environment at the top of our organization. Our Chief Information Officer at Encore Capital Group, Monique Dumais-Chrisope, was recently recognized for her efforts in her local community, Orange County (OC), for creating the first all-girl Boy Scout troop to register in OC. The troop has earned more than 140 merit badges in its first year. Congrats Monique!
