Advanced’s annual 24-hour Hackathon takes place this year on 2/3 July! Individuals come together to form teams around a problem or idea, and compete to develop the best solution – from scratch. This year there are three categories; MyWorkplace Applets, APIs in Motion and The Testathon. A great chance to exercise creativity and implement new concepts, we can’t wait to see what this year produces!
Congratulations to Laura McCann who won the latest Advanced Virtual Quiz this week. The Charity Committee have now raised over £3700 for three fantastic charities - Mind, Age UK and The Trussell Trust. Thank you to everyone that joined the quiz and made a donation.

Advanced's Gender Pay Gap for 2018 has now been issued and you can read the report on our website. We are pleased to announce that there has been a 2.6% narrowing in the key mean average measure of our pay gap, which now sits at 20.2% - an above average position when compared to other similar businesses. We will continue to actively look to reduce our pay gap further in 2019.
