Paramount at Vibha's Dream Mile 2022 Founded in Atlanta in 1998 to support underprivileged children in their ambitions, the Dream Mile has become a permanent fixture on the calendars of runners in various cities across America over the past 24 years and raised more than $3M to support upwards of 180,000 children. In yet another key contribution to the Atlanta community, Paramount was a title sponsor at Vibha's Dream Mile in-person event at Atlanta on 25th September 2022. In addition to the causes above, the Dream Mile puts funds towards a cause in the local community in which it takes place, such as Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta or Communities in Schools, Chicago. In July 2022, Pramod Sajja, CEO, Paramount Software Solutions and his son Yash Sajja concluded their visit to India with a trip to the Access Life Assistance Foundation offices in Mumbai and Pune, India. Paramount team members from around the nation travelled to join the tour. Access Life (accesslife.org) provides supportive care to underprivileged families who come to Mumbai for their child’s cancer treatment and provides a loving, temporary home for children undergoing treatment for cancer along with their parents or caretakers. In a day-long interaction with the Access Life team and their families, the team were served several poignant lessons in strength, resilience and happiness in the face of adversity. As they spent time with the children, members of the team were taken aback by their enthusiasm and bravery. In the words of one team member - "This was a unique experience and made me mostly a mute spectator." Paramount has backed Access Life's centers at Mumbai, Pune, Manipal and Chandigarh for over 5 years, enabling them to support over 1000 families.

Over the past few years, Paramount's India operations have grown manifold, and several members of the team got their first opportunity to meet and greet the CEO.
