Construction is underway at Yonder — our 231 unit Neighborhood with 2,692 square feet of ground-floor retail coming to Seattle’s Fremont district. Scheduled to open in Q1 of 2028, Yonder is designed as a place of wonder in one of the city’s most walkable, character-rich neighborhoods — with transcendent passageways, lush gardenscapes, and modern details woven throughout. Archways and distinctive geometry carry the central metaphor: passing through into somewhere new. Thank you to Jones Architecture of Portland, Oregon , SeaLevel Properties, MG2 Design, and Exxel Pacific for bringing this vision to life alongside us!
Our PNW Service Team came together for hands-on maintenance training hosted by our very own SOS Senior Regional Service Manager, Joe. From sharpening technical skills to sharing best practices and troubleshooting real-world scenarios, the team leaned into learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement. These sessions aren’t just about equipment or processes, they’re about investing in our people so they can continue delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality service to our communities. Huge thanks to our Portland service team for their engagement, expertise, and commitment to raising the bar. Training days like this strengthen our teams and ultimately create better experiences for our Neighbors.
We’re grateful to share that we received the Silver Award for Best Multifamily Development Firm of the Year from National Association of Home Builders as part of the Best in American Living Awards! More than anything, this recognition reflects the people behind it—our teams, our partners, and the Neighbors who bring our Neighborhoods to life every day. A huge thank you and congrats to our teams for this award!
Torch is our internal recognition program designed to celebrate the big and small moments that make Prometheans shine every day. Beyond recognition, Torch is what truly inspires the feeling of being seen and appreciated for the impact Prometheans make. That sense of gratitude is what fuels our culture and sets us apart. Every quarter, our torch team gets together and honors outstanding Prometheans who went above and beyond. Cheers to our Q4 2025 How Very Promethean of You Torch winners! Home Office - Michael C. Proof that it doesn't take a crowd to make a Neighborhood-sized difference! A small but mighty crew of Prometheans spent the afternoon with Second Harvest of Silicon Valley and helped sort an incredible 11,088 pounds of food in just one afternoon. Cheers to this team for showing that a handful of Prometheans can move literal tons for a good cause!
Our FIT team had a wonderful time hosting our annual massage chair event at Brickline! Prometheans enjoyed 20-minute relaxation sessions, and it was wonderful to see so many people take a well-deserved pause in their day. Thank you to everyone who signed up and joined us, your enthusiasm made the event a success. We loved creating a moment of rest and appreciation for our fellow Prometheans!
Construction continues on Harken, our 174-unit development in Los Altos, California, with doors expected to open by year’s end. Thoughtfully designed as a nod to simpler times, Harken blends clean lines, natural wood, and understated forms to create interiors that feel calm and intentional. Carefully curated retro touches—pop art, vintage finds, and playful graphic overlays—layer in warmth, personality, and a sense of nostalgia. With its larger apartment sizes (averaging 1,134 square feet) Harken is especially well-suited for young families looking to put down roots near the exceptional schools of the Los Altos School District. We’re excited to see this vision take shape and become part of the Los Altos community!

Sorting donated toys, checking wish lists, and showing up where extra hands (and hearts) were needed. Our Prometheans spent the day volunteering at The Salvation Army gift warehouse for the holidays to help deliver holiday cheer to children across the Portland Metro area.
The 2025 PNW Titan Awards were a great start to our year-end celebrations—an evening filled with laughter, applause, and gratitude for everything we’ve accomplished together! Here’s to our winners and to all of you who make our Neighborhoods feel like home. Thank you for your dedication, passion, and the Promethean magic you bring every day!
