On Women's Day, 8 March 2022, the company rolled out a set of six policies – adoption leave, menstrual wellness leave, women's referral policy, safety for all policy, ticket to work policy, and flexi-hours. Under the adoption leave policy, women seeking to adopt a child are entitled to three months of paid parental leave. Under the menstrual wellness leave policy, women are entitled to up to two days of menstrual leave per month, should they opt to take them. The referral policy awards 1.5 times the usual referral amount when a female candidate is referred and successfully hired. The flexi-hour policy allows working mothers the choice to work from home on certain days of the week. The ticket to work policy aims to encourage women who have taken a break from work due to motherhood or other reasons. The company's safety for all policy available on their app allows employees to contact emergency contacts as well as emergency services immediately in case of medical or other emergencies.
