Happy Women’s Equality Day! The theme for this year’s Women’s Equality Day is ‘Gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow.’ It is a call to action for us to end gender-based discrimination, provide economic justice & rights, and foster technology and innovation for gender equality. Qualitest practices and advocates gender equality in the workplace. Women make up a considerable percentage of Qualitest’s global population, with higher percentages in some locations, including senior leadership and executive roles.

Meet Sam Mullin, Qualitest’s Senior Manager for the Central region, who is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and Civil Air Patrol member. The outdoorsy Samuel needs time to decompress and recharge the batteries by go camping on weekends and go hiking when available. His spirit of community service has pushed him to volunteer in the search and rescue resource for Civil Air Patrol to find missing persons and aircraft. Know more about Samuel. The theme for Nelson Mandela Day 2022 highlights the plight of food security and climate change using the tagline, “Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.” It is a call to each one of us irrespective of our location, to combat global food scarcity and climate issues with small steps starting at home. Let us adopt measures to reduce food wastage, carbon emissions and vouch for organic produce. Like Mandela said "It always seems impossible until its done".
