We’re proud to see a nice increase in RETTEW’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) share value, which is a reflection of our incredible team’s commitment, passion, and dedication to living our core values every day. 💼💪 President & CEO Clayton Bubeck shared the exciting update during a company-wide presentation, and our Employee Ownership Committee (EOC) made the news even sweeter by bringing in pies for everyone to enjoy. Because at RETTEW, every employee-owner gets a “piece of the pie.” 🥧

Beginning this fall, we will implement a phased return-to-office schedule aimed at fostering collaboration while respecting employees' need for flexibility. We believe this approach will offer the greatest flexibility for RETTEW and our staff. It will facilitate collaboration that helps us thrive while also allowing all employees the opportunity to work from home a couple of days each week.
After 14 impactful years at RETTEW, we congratulate Jeff Case, PE, on his retirement! From shaping our transportation services to mentoring future leaders, Jeff’s legacy is one of excellence, generosity, and dedication. Thank you, Jeff, for your leadership and service, both at RETTEW and through your nonprofit, Good Karma Garage. Wishing you all the best in this next chapter!
