At Strada Kochi, we celebrated Earth Day by bringing sustainability to life through creativity and collective action. Employees dressed in green and blue to represent our planet, setting the tone for a day focused on environmental awareness. A standout moment was our Upcycling Contest, where teams transformed everyday discarded items into innovative, purposeful creations—showcasing both creativity and commitment to reducing waste. To carry the message beyond the workplace, we also distributed saplings, encouraging everyone to take a small step toward a greener future. Since the first Earth Day in 1970, civic action has played a critical role in establishing environmental protections that have improved public health and strengthened local and regional economies. These efforts have helped create the stability that individuals and families rely on to learn, work, and build better futures. During Earth Week, we join a global call for action to support clean energy, protected natural resources, and climate resilience. On March 26 our Hyderabad team visited the Desire Society in Bachupally, an organization dedicated to supporting and rehabilitating children affected by HIV/AIDS. Our team at Strada sponsored and distributed nutritional kits to help support the children’s wellbeing. The visit was both humbling and inspiring, and reminded us of the difference collective kindness can make. Our Hyderabad center continues to champion Strada’s CSR vision through the empathy of our colleagues, their active participation, and their shared commitment to uplifting our community.
