The second TSMC Japan OIP Forum was filled with remarkable energy and engagement, kicking off with a keynote from Mr. Makoto Onodera, President of TMSC Japan, highlighting AI's transformative impact across industries, followed by a presentation from Mr. Aish Dubey of Renesas Electronics, on their R-Car platform, exhibiting the synergy of semiconductor innovation and automotive excellence. A keynote speech from TSMC's Head of OIP Ecosystem, Dan Kochpatcharin, emphasized the important collaboration among IDA, EDA, and 3DFabric alliances in driving 3DIC innovation and optimizing design through AI.
