We are excited to share that yesterday we closed on the acquisition of our newest community, Elwood Apartment Homes (f.k.a. Emblem Apartments), in Shakopee, MN. Elwood is the company's 13th community in the greater Minneapolis MSA, and we could not be more happy to welcome it into our portfolio!
