Say hi, or cześć, to our brand-new office in Lodz! 🥳 Last month, TomTom’ers in Poland and leadership from around the world got together to celebrate the official opening of our new space, including an exhibition where local teams showcased what they’re working on. We’re thrilled to open yet another modern workspace that suits the now of work. TomTom’ers in Lodz now have the right environment to do what’s never been done: engineer the first real-time map. What makes an event truly successful? Beyond the day itself, it's how much energy is carried forward, how long it "lives" in the mind of people who attended, and the future impact it inspires. In which case, we just had one heck of an event 🥳 In celebration of International Women’s Day, we invited all TomTom’ers worldwide to get together, hear from our leadership and discuss the actions we’re taking for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). We also announced our new DEI Advisory Council, headed by leaders who will advocate for and sponsor our DEI efforts going forward. We want to thank all the women at TomTom, for everything they do. We’re excited to see how they continue to engineer the first real-time map. 📍

We love a hackathon at TomTom. In fact, we just hosted “What the Hack v8”, our global online hackathon, with 400 participants from around the world! 🌍 During the event, our TomTom’ers shared their ideas on how to innovate and push TomTom toward our goal of engineering the first real-time map. 📍
