APRIL 22, 2024 -- Tria Federal (Tria), the premier middle-market IT and Advisory services provider delivering digital transformation solutions to Health, Civilian, and Defense agencies across the federal sector, today announced the appointment of Larry Bradshaw as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Bradshaw has more than 25 years of experience in key finance roles for large federal services, products, and solutions organizations. Before joining Tria, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance for BlueHalo, where he led the Financial Planning & Analysis, Program Control and Pricing functions. In this capacity, he was focused on financial transformation activities in support of the company’s growth. Prior to this role, Bradshaw served as the Vice President for Financial Planning & Analysis for Serco N.A where he successfully led the reimplementation of the company’s planning and reporting application. He also spent 13 years at SAIC in a variety of financial leadership roles including leading the company’s Financial Planning & Analysis function following the split from Leidos. Bradshaw earned an MBA from University of Maryland, College Park, and a B.S. in Finance from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
APRIL 2, 2024 -- Tria Federal (Tria) today announced the appointment of Fabian Plath as the company’s new Chief Growth Officer (CGO). A proven business development leader with extensive experience and an in-depth understanding of information technology, national security, and the U.S. federal sector, Plath brings over 20 years of progressive, performance-proven experience to his new role, where he will help evolve Tria’s vision and growth strategy while building a top-notch business development organization. Prior to joining Tria, Plath served as Senior Vice President, Growth at Tyto Athene, where he led the company’s growth team, shaping opportunities and capturing government contract awards in fields including network modernization, hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT. Plath previously served in business development leadership roles at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), CSRA, NES Associates, TRI-COR Industries, and The Centech Group, developing and winning significant contract awards at agencies including the Department of Defense, Department of State, and Department of Homeland Security. Plath earned a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Evansville.
