Trivians in Action for a Greener Neighbourhood On March 5, our Trivians stepped away from their desks for a couple of hours to contribute to something we all care deeply about — a cleaner, greener environment. In a collective effort, the team planted greenery along a 200-meter stretch of the road divider in front of our office, refreshed kerb stones with paint, and carried out a spot clean-up of an unkempt wall. What began as a simple initiative turned into an energising and enjoyable activity with a meaningful social impact — warmly appreciated by the neighbourhood. We are grateful for the support and inspiration from The Ugly Indians, a group committed to making Bangalore more beautiful through citizen action. A memorable night of celebration, recognition, entertainment, and inspiration: The Trivium Annual Day 2023 at the Royal Orchid hotel in Bangalore! Our talented Trivians lit up the evening with incredible dance, song and theater performances. Hosted by our Chairman and MD, Deepak, the evening included an inspiring talk by Dr. Rajdeep Manwani on ‘Re-inventing oneself and going the extra mile to achieve one’s goals’. CEO, Nikhil, spoke about the organization’s progress as a Trusted Innovation Partner, and our management team - Sree, Jörg and Rudi – contributed their perspectives and experiences. The night ended with awards for exceptional contributions to our organization and our customers’ success. The theme of the evening was “Bring the Bling On” and the sparkle remains, even as we get back to work after that amazing night!
Social Responsibility and Sustainability initiatives are not limited to large corporations and philanthropic billionaires. The impact that Trivium and other mid-sized companies create relative to their financial contribution is often higher, because our projects are more targeted, and our contribution is more direct and personalized. CSR has had a high priority for Trivium over the last years and we have focused significant efforts into the “Trivium Rotary School” in rural India, where we provide infrastructure, teaching equipment and learning support. Recently, we have extended our engagement to the area of clean drinking water in the same district and have supported setting up a facility that provides clean drinking water to a village with 750 inhabitants. Each initiative has a long-term perspective and has involved significant thought and personal engagement from Trivium employees. These initiatives are just the beginning, and we plan to significantly extend our impact in 2023! #engagement
Trivium presents its IoT Approach at the IoT Conference in Munich Recently, Trivium was invited to speak at the Internet of Things Conference in Munich (IOTCON). The presentation was made by Chris Holland, who drives our IoT and Industry 4.0 initiatives. The subject was: “Best practices for successful Industrial IoT projects” ( http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vMuez). The response was extremely encouraging. This month we welcomed a Chinese delegation of 17 experts from the aviation industry to our Munich office to dive deeper into our IoT strategy. Industry 4.0 is a key focus theme at Trivium, driving our growth in the Industry space. We serve customers like Siemens, Leica, Saurer, and Caterpillar for consulting, architectural design and development in Industry 4.0. With IoT and ML (Machine Learning), our customers are now taking the next step, building on vast amounts of sensor data to address use cases like predictive maintenance and smart logistics.
Indiranagar Double Road Transformation by Trivium eSolutions. We, in our company, collectively had the intention to do something in our neighbourhood to make it cleaner, greener and more pleasant. We are happy to share that we sponsored and funded, and actively joined in the transformation of a stretch of 400 metres of the Double Road in front of our office. We worked with the expert assistance of The Ugly Indians, an anonymous group of Volunteers committed to clean Indian streets, and BBMP initiative “Adopt – a – Street”, as we believe in making a difference through action. The focus was to “make our street cleaner and the footpath safer”. We are proud of our employees for their enthusiastic involvement in this transformation process. The residents were extremely pleased to see this amazing transformation as the glorified double road look fabulous.
