JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create technical training programs for organizational needs.
- Make training agendas and schedules for the classroom.
- Determine the course’s objectives and course content
- Create training materials, such as worksheets and presentations.
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops, and other activities in teams or alone.
- When necessary, arrange for and carry out on-site training. Observe and assess the outcomes of training initiatives.
- Using knowledge and experience gained through time, develop training scenarios that apply to real-world situations.
- Analyze program effectiveness overall and make adjustments.
REQUIRED KEY SKILLS
- Have expertise in an object-oriented programming language.
- Technical trainer with a performance record
- Have updated knowledge of the latest versions of Java, Python, PHP, Matlab, DotNet, or R.
- Have expertise in technologies such as Servlets, JDBC, Web application development, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SQL, HTML, Javascript, ReactJS, JQuery, CSS, Python Frameworks, etc.
- The ideal candidate should be familiar with OOPS, JSON, Jquery, and JavaScript and have experience working with Python-based online apps.
- Experience in desktop and web application development.
- Knowledge of teaching methods.
