I worked at Lockheed Martin full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Competitive salary, benefits and retirement, many locations around the country, development programs for career advancement

Cons – Experiences can vary greatly from program to program, training and development opportunities have been limited in the past few years, can be difficult to get recognition if you aren't on the "right" program, advancement can be slow unless you have a senior or executive level employee giving you recommendations.

Advice to Senior Management – Better retain your young engineering talent by giving them opportunities to grow, adjustments need to be made to better fit the culture of the younger generation
