No professional development, lot's of inaccuracies and lies constantly fed to employees, potential hires and clients. Incredibly high turnover - due to Adrian. Be prepared to essentially sell your soul to the 'CIO' as he'll control when you can have lunch, when you can take holidays (and cancel them at will), Don't criticise him either or he'll throw a tantrum. Nano-management leads to no professional development or genuine productive output. As others have mentioned a one-year unpaid non-compete is also included and they will go to courts to keep this having been in employment tribunals with multiple employees. Systems are very dated - due to such high turnover
