What is health insurance like at Aegis?

Pros

Good place to start as a fresher, company provides free two way cab

Cons

No medical benefits, cabs are a mess, management is really horrible.. They treat us like animals and will make us work like donkeys.. Full of uneducated ppl

Terrible management. Unrealistic expectations for minimal pay. No appreciation for the employees, no consideration for employees wellbeing. Stay away from this place.

Does Aegis offer housing assistance?

Pros

Great environment and benefits such as accomodation and free shuttle transportation prepared.

Cons

SOP irregularity and management playing racial cards were too obvious.

Advice to Management

Strengthen your campaign standard operation procedure please before taking any projects. Do not take racial cards lightly eventhough there are zero discrimination implementation as it is always obvious to every employee that it HAPPENS a lot of recruits done with internal job postings and hiring.
