Pay is not great, if a director or manager leaves, they don't consult the employees when hiring someone new, including other managers who have enough experience. Instead hiring an incompetent person as director until he quits, and another director is found.

They do not work with you. They will allow whatever to happen on your shift they do not protect their employees.

There are posts that have full time hours and consistent scheduling.

It can be difficult to move around in the from one post to another. The process is simple but things may become disorganized along the way.

Very nice uniforms. The winter coats keep you extremely comfy and warm. Onboarding process was well organized and included additional perks. Allied has quite a few partnerships with other companies that gives discounts to officers.

Management is blatantly retaliatory. The personnel files contain inaccurate information regarding your attendance, attitude, and overall performance. If you “anger” a manager they will shamelessly document inaccurate information. I also noticed gender favoritism as males seems to be given preferential treatment during the selection process for these roles. Absolutely no reward for stellar employees.
