What is the hiring process like at Amway?

Good place to use as a strong stone to step up, great programs, nice supporting staff.

Very sensitive to feedback, Poor leadership sometimes, poor communication at there Spaulding location . Bad interview process sometimes they will just hire everyone and anyone it's like there fishing with dynamite in hopes to catch one good fish out of the many expected.
