      Pros

Top pay compared to other jobs fast hiring process

      Cons

      Short breaks goes really fast

Company is woke, pushes it on employees

      Pros

Fairly easy hiring process. Job itself wasn't hard. Reliable (never-late) paychecks from a big company. You won't be wondering where your check is.

      Cons

Company is woke. When I worked there, they push DEI stuff and require training that includes making you accept their positions on trans stuff. It's the reason I left. Mixed approaches from management--some were nice, others were a pain. In slow times they'll start cutting hours to save money. Expect it.

      Pros

Great place to learn and grow.

      Cons

Staffing seems to be always an issue. Hiring process can take a while.

      Pros

They hired fast; I went in person, and they directed me through the process.

      Cons

Each location, I feel, has its own hierarchy or sort of clique.

      Low pay

      Pros

Got to work with cars and expand my knowledge on the parts side.

      Cons

Way too little pay, got hired at $10 an hour, then 6 months later they hire a new guy in the same position for $12.50. When I ask for a raise I’m told it’s not possible. That same guy (no automotive knowledge) 3 months later got promoted to management. Mind you this is AFTER being told I was the best employee my store manager has ever had. After he said that I asked for a promotion, he said no we just promoted someone else. So I quit, don’t ever recommend working here!

      Pros

Management is very involved throughout the onboarding process.

      Cons

There’s no real room for growth if that’s what someone is looking to do.

      Deceptive

      Pros

Easy business to manage for a seasoned manager

      Cons

Deceptive hiring practices for outside talent - they post for positions that they have no intention on hiring someone from the outside to fill. They use that practice to "attract highly qualified individuals" in order to build their management bench, but don't pay the management salary.

      Store Manager sets the tone

      Part sales manager
      Former employee
      Charleston, SC
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

      Learn about simple vehicle maintenance

      Cons

It's all about Management. If the manager isn't good, the experience won't be good. Barely knew what was going on. Would go in and out as they please. Expect others to pickup the work they left and/or do their work. Don't bother covering for Management, because you won't get the BONUS!!! When someone left, wouldn't hire a new one until another one left, leaving the current employee overworked. While still going in and out as they please. Bad at training and if someone isn't good at their job, doesn't fire them.

      Pros

I can not think of any realistic pros.

      Cons

schedule constantly changing week to week new hires will get more hours than existing customer service floor people are expected to train new managers/supervisors
