Some departments or teams may have poor administration and consequently the work pressure is high with little or no learning. A good recommendation for senior candidates, but cannot say the same about freshers or budding managers.

Salary on time, good colleagues

Cons

No work life balance, pathetic supervisors(no support from them), generally leave office at 8:30 pm( girls even), poor hr policies, no new learning , sell only health and life insurance, not concentrate on other banking products, does not care for their employees, no personal growth, 80℅ attrition.

Advice to Management

Better hr policies, leave female employees till 7 max, support from supervisor, other products are also important. Employee friendly.
