Pros
The pay was what attracted me to the company in the first place, but what's the point if you're just going to be taken advantage of and more than likely fired after just a few months?
Cons
Working here has been the worst experience I have had in a long time. Beamery couldn't care less about the people working for them. I thought working for this company would've been a fantastic career opportunity, but what I found was disappointing.
Job security is nonexistent. Beamery has a habit of recklessly hiring more people whenever workloads are getting overwhelming, instead of providing more support for its employees. Then, whenever things settle down, they immediately toss all of them aside without any hesitation, rinse and repeat.
Even if you manage to keep your job here, working here isn't worth your time because of the lack of opportunities. They fail to reward talented employees for their hard work. If you perform better than your colleagues, don't expect a raise or a promotion, because the only thing you'll be receiving is a heavier workload. You aren't even shown any appreciation; management just throws more work onto your lap.
Don't make the same mistake that I and countless other people have made. Avoid Beamery at all costs!
