Management needs to do better as per other reviews. Progression is slow for regular people as the unspoken truth is that they favour the french and you will most likely promote if you are one. Work hours can be long and bosses can suddenly demand for work on a 5.30pm on Friiday, which reflects poor management of division of labour on their part. They do practice hybrid model yes, our WFH day is Saturday which is not stated in the contract. Pay is below average in the industry, not much career opportunities but great if you are not ambitious. Just work somewhere else
