Pros
Great management team, awesome starting pay, regular raises, best health insurance with low deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums, $3 prescriptions, free hearing aids, shoe allowance (for specific positions). They will try to accommodate special schedule needs (2nd job, for example). They are really great at allowing you to cross-train in other departments.
Cons
Corporate-based regulations - which are needed in most cases. There are times it's just a bit too corporate, but it's out of management's hands. Also, room for advancement is somewhat limited.
