Reputable company that has huge commercial appeal and incredible buying power
Cons
Extremely aged day-to-day work processes with a lot of work paperwork involved and not as sustainable as they think. Poor management and toxic culture in place. Higher odds of hitting the lottery jackpot then progressing further than mid-level management. Work from home limited to only to 1 day a week and to only one division of the company, also if you decide to actually work from home, you are seen as not serious about career progression.
.
Good benefits, supervisors are ready to help out, good work environment, easy process to get hired
Cons
Training is hard but you get to adapt, meetings gets sometimes postponed, very busy call center ( call after call almost non stop ) , in front of a computer for a long period of time, very hard to get the option to work from home
