Pros

Benefit package was better than most. Accepted the wavier of not taking the covid shot.

Cons

A little too much inclusion for me.

Advice to Management

Being a man and face your employee of why you decided to terminate an employee without any process of trying to get better.

Does DaVita offer dental insurance?

Raises to new favorite employees, long term employees coverages and contributions ignored. Giving star awards to employees that lack communication and effect all teammates, low pay and doesn’t keep up with minimum wage increases, increased costs of health and dental insurance expenses with low pay, claims to offer childcare benefits but those at discount rate cost minimal $1k a month and aren’t usable by frontline employees. Also lacks of communication. No career growth opportunities unless you are a nurse, you’ll get told there is to stay till they can find replacements.

Advice to Management

Never willing to hear feedback from long term employees and communicate changes. provide benefits all teammates can use. Your lowest wage employee should be able to afford to use those and pay rent before proudly saying they are available

Does DaVita offer a wellness program?

Pros

Good PTO, decent benefits and company wide fun events are nice

Cons

Terrible management, does not know their team needs and local Denver manager has zero past technical experience so they have no idea what their own team does half the time, also extremely cheap with fun events which is supposed to be one of the company's core values. Base pay is also very very low.

Advice to Management

Listen to your team's needs and learn to support your own team before you support others

Good PTO, decent benefits and company wide fun events are nice
