What is the hiring process like at Expeditors?

I interviewed here back in 2021, and everyone I interacted with was very nice. Interview process was straightforward

Pay back in 2021 was roughly $18/hour which was rough even then.

Some very nice people, great benefits and employee stock program.

Limited opportunities for advancement which require lenghty internal interview process, recent upper management changes, etc. Lacking work/life balance with limited WFH days and overtime in most roles
