      Poor Work Environment

      Pros

A place to gain experience if you’re just starting your career. Some great coworkers who try to support each other despite the toxic culture.

      Cons

A lot of “corporate politics.” Fear-based management. High turnover due to poor treatment of employees in recent years. The company consistently has layoffs. Work-life balance is nonexistent. Compensation and benefits are not as competitive as similar roles elsewhere.

Leadership Seems Only to Care About Selling to Equity Partners

      Pros

      - A great book of clients we've had for decades - A fun camaraderie that is slowly disappearing

      Cons

      - New leadership that doesn't care about associates, only what they can do to sell the company to the next equity partners - This leadership doesn't like to be challenged - Lots of layoffs of really solid, long-standing associates of high character - Removed a perk of closing the office at 3pm on Fridays - Did away with Christmas party - Over 20 layoffs in the last few months makes those of us with a job still nervous that we are next.

      Pros

A handful of employees who actually communicate & contribute to projects, PTO amouont, and being able to work from home.

      Cons

-Upper managements disconnect with front line employees while lacking knowledge of what the company actually offers in terms of products/services or how the business operates. -401k match -The companys recent rebrand attempt and copy & paste approach didn't feel well thought out. An attempt to "repackage" the companys look, while they did a few rounds of layoffs, just screams desperation to sell the company to new investors. -Recruited a handful of new middle/upper management to ease in AI/automation, but are not familiar with the industry at all. -New management will lie to your face that your job is safe even if you bring up concerns about job security. Cleaning house while rehiring cheaper labor, I'd assume. -Slowly getting rid of the personal touch/relationship with clients. -Computers they provide are embarrassing -Marketing seemed like a money pit with horrible leads -Lack of communication across departments. CONfusable at times

Brand new office Work from home A lot less D&B folks as of late If you can survive here, you can survive anywhere

      Cons

Toxic leadership Constant layoffs Those who are left are looking for a new job or waiting to get fired. Revolving door of leadership from VP to CEO Brash and obnoxious sales folks get promoted and rewarded

      Pros

Company values work-life balance, has good culture and benefits, and is very flexible when it comes to hours, vacation, and remote work. Employees are afforded a lot of autonomy to get their work done, but bosses are always available if problems/questions arise.

      Cons

Pay is significantly below industry-level; corporate can be bureaucratic and slow; unexpected layoffs have become more common.

RUN AWAY! 0 stars. Toxic management and chaotic workplace.

      Pros

Literally only 3. 1. Flexible PTO and fully remote work. 2. Decent pay only if you work really hard, extra hours, management likes you. 3. Kind, smart, friendly colleagues still hanging on.

      Cons

Absolute nightmare of a company. Toxic management, lies, and empty promises. Read the last review and all the other negative reviews and that'll give you everything you need to know. This company lacks diversity, management is cliquey and has favorites, they will say the company is growing, progressing, and transparent, but it is literally the opposite. Management lies to their employees, there is constant restructuring, changes to processes, tools, vendors, and so many layoffs even when they say "this is the last one" or "your job is safe". Exhausting, mentally draining, chaotic and toxic are the words I would describe this place. If you care about your mental health, run far away from this place. They pay you well and treat you nicely only if you are one of their sheep where you don't speak up for yourself, work extra hours, and never speak up for what's right or question their decisions. If you're not, you will get the cold shoulder and probably be on the next chopping block for layoffs.

      Pros

PTO, Remote work and no signs of forcing you back into office

      Cons

Terrible benefits. Laughable company match, they could never give a concrete percentage. No maternity/paternity leave. New management is abysmal. All they care about is looking good on the books and have downsized for nearly 2 years. Constant letting go and dont even think about getting a raise. It's not happening. Salary is not competitive but if you start your career here, move on as soon as you gain some experience. They do not care about you. They used to have more initiatives to help employees grow in their fields, or into management, as well as culture and its all gone. The new CEO does not care about the employees and she eliminated it all. No one is safe here, we've seen higher up employees, c-suite down to customer facing and lower paid jobs all being let go. Don't waste your time here, you'll be looking for work again in no time.
